However, Thread Geeks disclaim all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date, incomplete, or in error. Thread Geeks cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.
Thread Geeks aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.
All prices quoted are in British Pounds Sterling (£). Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Thread Geeks.
Your placement of an order with Thread Geeks is an offer from you to buy from Thread Geeks.
Thread Geeks may refuse part or all of an order and refund in full any monies paid by you for any parts of orders refused.
Orders are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All financial transactions are conducted through a secure web server.
Thread Geeks reserve the right to make changes to this website and these terms at any time. The terms in existence at the time of placing an order will apply. These conditions are governed and construed by English law. English courts will resolve any disputes. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
All orders within the UK incur a charge. This will increase depending on the value of the order.
Delivery Times
Please note that the kits are hand-made to order and can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to process.
Most orders are posted via Royal Mail using the 'Signed For' service (Tracked and Signed for overseas customers).
We are delighted to receive orders from all over the world.
Deliveries to countries outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail Airmail Delivery.
When you put items into the basket select the delivery zone, the basket page tells you how much the delivery costs would be to all world zones. The cost below may increase dependent on the value in the shopping basket.
Returns/Refund Policy
At Thread Geeks we want you to be delighted with your order and the goods you receive.
If for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return the item in its original condition within 7 days and we will provide a refund. We will also refund any postage costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please contact us and we will provide you with return instructions. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service since Thread Geeks cannot be held responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
Any refunds are made within 30 days of written cancellation notice and receipt of returned goods.
Payments and Currencies
Our method of payment is PayPal or for credit and debit card transactions. These popular forms of online payment gateways are, extremely reliable, secure and safe. You may pay by all major credit cards or pay directly by PayPal account.
In the UK or any country using Pounds Sterling we are also happy to accept payments by personal cheque, postal order and BACS Transfer. Once you have selected a bank to bank transfer as your form of payment our relevant account details are provided.
We are delighted to receive orders and enquiries from countries throughout the world. Though prices are shown in British Pounds, you can use the currency converter here to calculate the approximate costs in your own currency. When paying through PayPal internationally, the actual currency conversions are shown.
